Tickets are emailed immediately upon purchase.
If you do not receive them immediately please do the following:
1. Check your junk or spam folder
2. Contact us either by email, phone, or the contact form on the Contact Us page.
Issues are normally resolved within a few minutes, so don’t ever worry about not getting your tickets.
Your tickets are scanned upon entry. They can only be scanned once.
Try to avoid printing your tickets, we can scan them off your phone.
Multiple tickets can be shared, by sending the attached copies to your friends. All tickets come with .pdf copies attached.
Complaints and Disputes
For any complaints about our services, or if you have a dispute, be assured we will do our best to work with you to correct any situation that may arise.
In the first instance, contact us and we will send you the process we need to follow to resolve any issues.
In the unlikely event we cannot resolve an issue on our own, you can contact the Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman who will, at no cost to you, listen to your concerns and make a legal and binding decision.
